Originally from Los Angeles, Greg Dourian moved to Klamath Falls, Oregon in May, 1988 to pursue on-air radio opportunities with stations KAGO AM and FM. In January, 1989, he joined KAGO’s sales team and was promoted to Sales Manager later that same year.
In January 1997, Greg was named General Manager for the combo until purchased by New Northwest Broadcasters (NNB) in early 1999. He was then appointed as Director of Sales for the new five station cluster of KLADAM/FM, KAGO AM/FM and KYSF In March 2002, Greg was promoted to General Manager of the Klamath Falls cluster and enjoyed a three-plus year tenure leading those stations. In October of 2005, Greg was honored with a promotion to the General Manager’s position of NNB’s Yakima Cluster, where since he has twice been honored as GM of the year.
Greg has been involved in numerous civic activities and organizations, as well as promoting tourism through county government, strengthening local commerce through “Buy Local” efforts, and most recently the betterment of business through the “Up with Yakima” campaign.
